Walk along the canal here in Mossley

Here are photos of me and Ken taking a walk along the canal here in Mossley. It was a cool day but sunny so we decided to get out of the house a while. We have walked this area lots of times but hadn't been on a walk in several months and this time we saw where they are starting to build lots of houses right beside the canal. Ken and I joined a group about a year or so ago protesting these houses being built in this area cause it is one of the last few green areas in Mossley but we lost out and they are building anyway, as ya can see. Money talks, huh? sad

Anyway, we will still enjoy our walks on the canal and try to ignore the houses. There are enough already but we will have to do the best we can and enjoy nature all around them. They are building new houses everywhere in the country, it's unbelievable how many are going up!!! Anyway, hope you enjoy our little walk with us.
